Dr Hegazi underwent general practice training in Victoria and is a fellow the Royal Australian College of of General Practice. Prior to this he worked many years in the internal medicine departments of some of the major hospitals in Victoria and NSW including Monash Medical Centre, Concord Hospital and was a neurology fellow at Liverpool Hospital. Dr Hegazi has experience in managing chronic illnesses such as diabetes, thyroid diseases, chronic kidney disease, stroke, Multiple Sclerosis and cardiovascular conditions.Dr Hegazi performs skin checks and several procedures including skin cancer biopsies and excisions, repairing lacerations, implanon removal and insertion an removal of Mirena’s. Out of work Dr Hegazi enjoys swimming, bush walking and bike riding and spending time with his family.
