Stacey Talbot is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist with over eight years of experience supporting individuals to improve their health, strength, and overall quality of life through evidence-based exercise.
She has worked across a wide range of clinical areas and loves helping clients improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional capacity.
Stacey has a particular interest and extensive experience in women’s health, supporting women across different life stages to maintain strength, bone health, and confidence in movement. Her approach focuses on delivering individualised, evidence-based exercise programs tailored to each client’s health status, goals, and lifestyle. Stacey places strong emphasis on movement quality, progressive strength development, and long-term self-management, helping clients build the skills and confidence to support their health both within and beyond the clinical setting.
Stacey is passionate about helping people maintain an active and independent lifestyle, whether they are recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or looking to improve their overall physical wellbeing.
Outside of her clinical work, Stacey enjoys staying active through marathon events, strength training in the gym and spending time outdoors.
